5/4/16 The Village of Air Ronge will pick up your extra garbage, clutter from yards, tree/leaf debris, old furniture etc from May 10th-May 27th.  You can leave it at the end of your driveways or call the office at 425-2107 during those dates for removal

5/3/2016 The LaRonge Regional Fire Department has implemented a fire ban for the Village of Air Ronge.  This ban is for all open fires.  Propane barbeques and briquettes are allowed.  This ban is in effect from 12:00am May 3, 2016 until further notice. Thanks for supporting fire safety.

12/03/15 ALERT: Please be advised that the Wildfire Management Branch is conducting a fuel management plan along the Montreal River in Air Ronge. Crews will be thinning, brush piling and burning; there will be smoke in the area during the next few weeks.

12/01/15 Wildfire Management has been clearing dead fall along the river. They have stacked wood that is free to be taken by anyone who can use firewood! Please help yourselves. There is a large amount along the river behind the south end of Waco Drive.

6/29/15 Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory in effect due to depressurization following a water main break on Cessna Street East. The PDWA applies to the following areas: De Havilland Avenue, Stinson Street, Canso Street, Cessna Street East, Piper Place, Otter Street, Aztec Street 240 – 252 Beaver Street are without water and are advised to follow the PDWA once service is restored.

9/26/14 Become a Community Builder: To register for the program: www.register14f.becomingacommunitybuilder.ca. Free to any resident of the Lac La Ronge Region. You can sign up at any time and learn at your own pace, or contact the Becoming a Community Builder Committee for group learning/viewing times. The program is all online and registration includes access to a library of resources.
