Bylaw Inquiries & Complaints

This form is used to submit Bylaw inquiries and complaints.
Please be advised that all inquiries or complaints are treated with strict confidentiality.  Information will not be disclosed to any third party unless disclosure is required by law, such as in the case of a police investigation or other legal obligation.

Instructions
Please include as much detail as possible when reporting issues.  If an investigation is required, the following details are crucial:

• Date
• Time
• Location
• Witnesses (if applicable)

If an issue goes before the court, you may be asked to verify or attest to the content of your complaint. If your permission is not granted, investigation of the complaint or request may be hindered.

Uploads
The uploads option only allows for one uploaded document.  If you have multiple files, it is recommended that you combine them before uploading or email any additional documents to villageoffice@airronge.ca using your Request Title (determined below) as your subject line.

Please ensure that you have completed all of the required* fields before clicking SUBMIT.  The asterisk beside required fields is very small and may be missed easily.  You will receive a confirmation on the screen when your submission is successful.
